Know yourself
Maybe you’ve been doing pretty good so far. You think you should be happy by now. And… you ‘re not. Whatever is missing might even have you thinking, “Something’s wrong with me!”. This thinking, and because you can’t achieve different results by doing the same old stuff, are why we start with this step. By working through several exercises, customized to your situation, we’ll dig deep to understand more about what you believe and how you feel. We’ll get a grasp on that fleeting “something” – to identify the *goal* that needs to be in place to connect the dots between fulfilled, accomplished, and at peace. At the end of this step, you will have a clear understanding of the tools that need to be in place, in order to bring long-lasting and impactful positive change in your life.
Take Action
While everyone’s goal can be different, change takes action and armed with the right tools, you will be ready to take it. Maybe you would like to give yourself more time and energy with the hobbies and projects you really want to do. Or, there’s a new opportunity on the horizon you’d love to pursue. The challenge? You’re not sure how to make it happen. That’s why, in this step, we will break down your goal into small chunks so you have a clear set of action steps to follow. In parallel, we will monitor how you're doing to ensure you are always moving forward. We do this step now so that you will have a concrete path outlining exactly what you need to do to build the life you want for yourself.

How many times have you set a goal that you forgot after a couple of weeks? Got pumped up for nothing? Not this time! In this step, we will monitor how you're doing to ensure you are always moving forward and consistently getting the results you want. By reviewing your progress, you will build habits and fine-tune the skills you’re putting in place to ensure you enjoy sustainable change. At the end of this step, you will have built on what’s working in your life - without having to quit everything. You will feel the relaxed confidence about life that you were looking for.

To help you apply what you’ve learned and continue growing between our meetings, you’ll leave each session with homework.
Outside of our sessions, I’ll be available for ongoing support via chat, so you’re never left wondering what to do next.
