Men's groups: support and empowerment
As men, we learn early on to prioritize work and taking care of others over our own personal needs.

And this has its impact. Men's mental health and well-being are often under-represented in discussions around psychology, therapy, and coaching.

The statistics speak for themselves:

Men are 50% less likely to be diagnosed with depression, often due to under-reporting.

We are nearly four times more likely to die by suicide.

A staggering 40% of men have never talked to anyone about their mental health.
Simply put, this is the message society often sends us:
"If you ever find yourself in a difficult position—divorced, unemployed, alone… you have to figure it all out yourself."
