With the support of Ag. Dimitrios Municipalty in Attica, Greece, we presented a free workshop on for men.


What happened in the event:

  • We presented the main culprits for bad mood in men

  • Learned how we are affected by our environment, thoughts and habits.

  • Discovered the meaning or mental resiliency.

  • Gave practical tools to take care of mental well-being.

  • Engaged in an open discussion with the men in the group.
